This workshop will be held in the Grand Ballroom. Upon arrival, please have the event barcode found in your reminder email available for the team to scan to complete your check-in.
Schwab will provide daily self‑parking validation for workshop attendees who park in the designated garage:
Lincoln Square North Garage
Parking validations will be distributed by Schwab staff after lunch each day.
Please note:
- Guests who choose to valet park or park in alternate locations will be responsible for those costs.
- Parking validation does not cover overnight parking at the garage.
Below are instructions as to how to access the parking garage:
Driving Northbound on Bellevue Way:
- Turn right onto NE 7th Street
- Turn left onto 105th Ave NE
- Turn left into parking garage
Driving Southbound on Bellevue Way:
- Turn left onto NE 7th Street
- Turn left onto 105th Ave NE
- Turn left into parking garage

Check-In | 8am - 9am
A light continental breakfast will be provided to attendees during the registration check-in from 8am-9am. We will provide Coffee, Decaf, Teas, and Fruits & Pastries.
Morning Break | 10:20am - 10:40am
We'll offer a coffee & tea refresh during our morning break.
Lunch: 12pm - 1pm
For lunch, Schwab will provide a mix of prepared boxed lunches available along with assorted drinks. (Please just 1 per attendee)
Afternoon Break | 2:30pm – 2:50pm
We'll offer a coffee & tea refresh during our afternoon break.
Important Note:
Please note that specific food allergies or dietary needs might not be accommodated due to the nature of the program with standard meal options being provided.
When available, we will provide access to the Conference space Wi-Fi. We ask that attendees connect only 1-device (usually their laptop) to ensure all participants can join. We will also have power available at the tables in the Workshop Room for attendees to stay charged.
The Workshop Instructors will be utilizing the thinkorswim® Desktop Platform on their laptops. We recommend attendees bring a laptop with the thinkorswim® Desktop Platform downloaded prior to the event to ensure preparation for the event.
Our events combine theoretical knowledge with practical exercises led be our experienced education teams where we'll be using the thinkorswim Desktop platform during sessions. We'll also have several platform demonstration stations hosted by our Trading Solutions Teams. This will be available throughout the event for attendees to see first-hand the features & functions of thinkorswim to help you become more familiar with the award-winning platform.
There is no dress code for attending the event. Keep in mind the rooms tend to be chilly, so having a light jacket or dressing in layers is recommended.
